Business Development Manager (Scotland) - Edinburgh or Glasgow based - Remote

Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team on a remote bases.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business development in a specific region/country creating recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and building a pool of qualified candidates in a specific discipline.

Additionally, the role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and ensure successful placements.

Qualifications/Experience

*Experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing and recruitment strategies is essential.

*Experience in business development related to recruitment is essential.

*Outlined experience of working with clients based in the UK

Ability to find and secure new clients. 

Strong skills in communication, relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement

Understanding of applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies

Ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly

Proven organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools

Bachelor's degree or Industry qualifications would be helpful.
